Susan Papagikos, Esq.

Susan Papagikos is the managing attorney at Papagikos Law.  Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked for 20+ years as a paralegal in Florida and Massachusetts, where she worked mostly with immigration matters. She has significant experience with employment and family-based immigrant visa petitions, applications for U.S. lawful permanent residence, and all categories of nonimmigrant visa petitions.  Her experience allows her to counsel effectively in areas including professional and executive employment strategies, labor certification matters, immigrant investor petitions, and immigration concerns for international scientists, researchers, athletes, and entertainers. She represents clients in matters before the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Embassies and Consular posts abroad.  Her practice encompasses a wide range of industries, including information technology services, management consulting, financial services, insurance, energy, and healthcare.

Attorney Papagikos graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she also received the Immigration Law Certificate and a Book Award in Advanced Legal Writing Skills. While completing her legal studies, she was a student attorney representing indigenous immigrant clients before the immigration court as a Certified Legal Intern.

Community Involvement

Attorney Papagikos was appointed by The Florida Bar to serve as the Chair of the Unlawful Practice of Law Standing Committee where she is responsible for continuing the investigation of possible unlawful practices of law referred by Bar discipline attorneys. She has also provided pro bono legal consultations and assistance to the migrant community in Palm Beach County as well as Pediatric Oncology Support Team (POST), a non-profit organization that provides financial and emotional support to children, and their families, who are battling cancer.
